After some hours of searching on Google however, I came across this solution.

1. Click the Start button in the lower left corner.

2. Right click Internet Explorer and select “Run as Administrator”

3. Accept the warning dialog

4. Now as IE is in administrator mode,  go to http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp and run the upgrade.

This worked for me.
